My role is not to “fix” you—but to sit with you through the hard places, help you make sense of long-standing patterns, and support you in reconnecting with who you truly are.

Brainspotting (a somatic trauma modality similar to EMDR)
Exploring relational patterns and early attachment wounds

I work with adults & young adults who are functioning well on the outside while carrying unresolved trauma beneath the surface. Underneath their careers, relationships, and families—they tend to feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure why certain negative experiences seem to have a hold on them.
